Հիմնական պարտականություններ
Organize all HR documentation processes by HR Software and coordinate with RA legislation.
Prepare employment agreements, orders, vacations, business trips, references, powers of attorney.
Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters.
Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
Assist in the development of onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve the employee experience.
Help organize internal events, trainings, or performance review cycles.
Պահանջվող որակավորում
Relevant work experience․
Knowledge of RA labor legislation․
BA in Human Resources Management, Law or any related field․
Strong written/oral communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Ability to work with various departments and independently with minimal supervision.
Skills in database management and record-keeping.
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
