Recruitment Process
At ARGE Business, we prioritize a thorough and transparent hiring process to identify the best talent and ensure alignment with our company’s values and culture.
The process starts with the Job Application stage, where candidates submit applications via our career portal, job sites, or directly to our HR team. In the Screening and Shortlisting Phase, each application is carefully reviewed to match the job requirements.
Shortlisted candidates are invited for the 1st Interview, where we assess their fit for the role. Depending on the position, candidates may complete a Practical Task. Those who perform well are invited for a 2nd Interview to further evaluate their suitability.
After interviews and assessments, we move to the Evaluation, Decision, and Offer stage, where final decisions are made, and selected candidates are offered a role.
Upon acceptance, candidates enter the Onboarding stage, where we provide the necessary tools and support to ensure a smooth transition into their new role at ARGE Business.
